How do I cancel my physiotherapy or massage therapy appointment?
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hour notice or we will charge a 20% cancellation/rescheduling fee. By calling, leaving a voicemail, or an email, 24 hours before your appointment we can cancel your session free of charge.
Do I need a doctor's referral to start physiotherapy?
No, we do not require you to have a doctor's referral to start physiotherapy. However, some insurance companies do require a doctor's referral to submit a claim. If you are planning on using your insurance plan we recommend that you contact your insurance company to determine if a referral is required for submitting a claim.
How many physiotherapy sessions do I need and how often will I be coming?
During your initial assessment our physiotherapist will evaluate your customised treatment schedule/plan.
What should I wear to my physiotherapy appointment?
We recommend that you wear comfortable, loose clothing that is accessible to treatment area.
Can we direct bill to insurance?
Yes! We can direct bill to most insurance companies. We recommened speaking with your insurnace company to confirm your plan is eligible for direct billing and electronic submissions.
How much will my insurance cover for physiotherapy and/or massage therapy services?
Insurance coverage is specific to each plan and insurance company. Please consult with your insurance company to determine eligibility and coverage amounts prior to your first appointment.
How much insurance coverage do I have left?
Unfortunately, we are unable to see and check the coverage balance remaining on your plan. Please consult with your insurance company to determine the remaining coverage.
