Mrs. Bethany Weir
Massage Therapy
Bethany Weir is a Registered Massage Therapist proudly working with patients at Revolution Physio offering general massage therapy techniques and specialty treatment types. General massage therapy includes swedish massage therapy, joint play, myofascial release, stretching, joint mobilization, and overall relaxation for well being. The specialty treatment types that she lends a hand to are specifically helpful with inflammation, swelling and act as a decongestive therapy, called Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Fascial Stretch Therapy is another treatment type that she enjoys performing with patients as well. This treatment type is great for tight hips or shoulders, for example, and to help with an overall mobility of any given limb. It is a full-body fully clothed type of stretching technique that aids in traction combined with stretching techniques to help alleviate any unwanted tension through stretching the body from the patient’s limbs through the use of soft velcro straps to help isolate the source of tension.
For over a decade Bethany has been working one-on-one with patients throughout different healthcare settings, such as Personal Training, along with working as a Registered Massage Therapist since September 2018. Being able to work one-on-one with patients by helping them manage a more pain-free lifestyle through her various treatment types has always been a huge part of what keeps her motivated to continue learning through education and her colleagues. Bethany is incredibly dedicated to her patients and our team to help give the best massage treatments possible, so they can continue to do the things that they enjoy.
Bethany enjoys skiing, skating, painting, reading, playing piano, cooking and baking.
