Bundle Care
NYGH Outpatient Group Physiotherapy Classes
The Bundled Care Program is offered through the hospital for patients who have undergone a Knee or Hip Replacement Surgery.
It includes a set of weekly group physiotherapy classes consisting of an initial assessment, group exercises, gait retraining, manual therapy, and discharge plan after completing the program.
If you are interested in this program please speak with your Nurse Consultant about being referred to our program.
Bundle Care +
A Continuation of Bundle Care Classes
Bundle Care+ was created by Revolution Physio for our Bundle Care patients that would benefit from additional sessions after they have completed the hospital organized Bundle Care program. This program allows these patients additional group exercise classes to continue their recovery for a small fee per class.
Sports Injury Prevention Training
Sports injury prevention training focuses on identifying your movement and mobility patterns, compensation strategies, and specific risk factors for injury—then strengthening your body to address them. Through personalized exercises, movement retraining, and sport-specific conditioning, our physiotherapists help you train and compete with confidence.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury or aiming to stay injury-free, we’ll design a tailored program to keep you moving stronger, longer.
Baseline Concussion Testing & Therapy
Baseline Testing
Relying on symptoms alone isn’t enough to safely guide recovery after a concussion. Objective assessment is essential to determine when it’s truly safe to return to sport or daily activities.
Baseline concussion testing provides this critical reference point. It measures your normal performance across key areas like concentration, memory, balance, reaction time, and strength. Without this baseline, decisions about returning to play become guesswork rather than informed clinical judgment.
Book your individual baseline concussion test with one of our physiotherapists today. We also offer group and team testing options.
Concussion Management
A concussion can result from a direct impact to the head, face, neck, or body, often causing the rapid onset of short-lived symptoms. Research shows that people who begin concussion management within the first week of injury recover, on average, 20 days faster than those who delay treatment by 2–3 weeks.
Early assessment and treatment can significantly shorten your recovery and help you return sooner to sport, work, and daily life. Our physiotherapists use evidence-based active rehabilitation strategies tailored to your needs, which may include:
- Manual therapy (joint mobilizations, soft tissue techniques, stretching)
- Balance and proprioception training
- Vestibular rehabilitation
- Graded exercise programs
- Exercise testing
- Structured return-to-sport protocols
